Mr. Greg Christoffel is currently a partner at Green, Shaaf and Jacobson. Prior to joining the firm, he served as president of Brooks Investment, a $26 million venture fund founded in 1998. Through April 1999, he was General Counsel of Diveo Broadband Networks, Inc., a startup telecommunications company developing wireless broadband telecom networks in Latin America.

In addition to his work with smaller, entrepreneurial companies, Mr. Christoffel had substantial involvement in the operations of large enterprises as General Attorney, Mergers & Acquisitions and International Business of SBC Communications, Inc., where he was responsible for legal support of corporate development and international business operations, including industry-leading transactions in cable television, cellular telephone, foreign telephone privatization, directory advertising and technology development businesses.

Greg Christoffel’s law practice has been devoted to corporate law, business formation and financing, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, serving clients in both domestic and international businesses. Greg received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law and his A.B., classical, from St. Louis University School of Philosophy and Letters.
