Mr. Pickens has served in the banking industry since 1993. Before his current position, his banking career has included positions with Mark Twain Bank, Mercantile Bank, and US Bank, primarily in the fields of commercial and industrial lending. Most recently, he has expanded his areas of expertise to include real estate financings.

Mr. Pickens received his Business Degree from University MO-St. Louis.
