Mr. Valenti is certified public accountant licensed in 1986. He currently serves as the Managing Member of Stone Carlie & Company, L.L.C., one of St. Louis’ largest local financial service firms with over 50 staff, which provides audit, tax, accounting, management consulting, wealth management, and investment banking services to organizations in many different industries. Mr. Valenti has extensive experience working with emerging and middle market companies in a variety of industries including technology, service organizations, retail, distribution, manufacturing, and real estate. He also serves in a leadership capacity with several organizations. He is the immediate past president and board member of Missouri Venture Forum, advisory board member of WTI Systems, Inc., vice Chairman and board member of South County, YMCA.

Mr. Valenti Received undergraduate degree of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Missouri in St. Louis in 1983.
