Mr. Lance G. Weiss, CPA, CVA, is a Member of Shapiro Flom & Company LLC. He has over 13 years experience in service to small, medium, and large size clients, including several nonprofit organizations. Mr. Weiss's areas of expertise are primarily in the fields of taxation, including tax compliance and planning, business valuations, management consulting, and business planning. He is an officer in Valuation Consultants, Inc., and has earned the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) designation.

Mr. Weiss graduated from Saint Louis University in 1987 with Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance.
