TEC
is located on the 6th floor the Bandwidth Exchange Building at 210 North Tucker
in downtown St. Louis. This location provides unparalleled
access to bandwidth and data resources and the carriers that provide
it: locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
In our 10,000 square foot facility, TEC's client companies are housed
in newly designed offices, with desk access to high-speed internet, and
a state-of-the-art phone system. There are shared copier, printers, and
fax. TEC provides web hosting, conference rooms of various sizes, and
office furniture for use by our client companies.
Together with its sister building, the Bandwidth Exchange Building
at 900 Walnut, our building is the home to St. Louis’s and the Midwest
region's largest concentration of telecommunications, Internet and
data infrastructure. The Bandwidth Exchange Buildings boast a significant
presence from almost every major voice and data provider in the
region with fiber and other connectivity from over thirty (30) different
providers.
The Bandwidth Exchange Buildings are home to multiple Internet
service providers, large web hosting companies, colocation and
data center providers, and corporate information technology outsourcing
specialists. The Bandwidth Exchange Buildings also feature redundant
power facilities, air conditioning facilities, and a comprehensive survivability design.
The availability of multiple providers and built-in redundancy allows
TEC's clients incredible
cost savings in terms of local loop and other connectivity. There is maximum reliability with short distances from
provider to user and systems redundancies. Small amounts of bandwidth are easily
available at great prices but incredible amounts of bandwidth can
be made easily available at a moment's notice.
