The Technology Entrepreneur Center, Inc. (TEC) is a non-profit incubator for start-up companies in information and communications technology and related fields. TEC's mission is to educate entrepreneurs and support the growth of new information technology and communications technology companies in the St. Louis region.

These companies spur economic development and job creation. TEC is sponsored by AmerenCDC, the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, St. Louis Development Corporation, Bandwidth Exchange Buildings, Bank Midwest and a diverse group of public and private organizations.
